PPC Specialist with a focus on Amazon and marketplaces

At WeMarket, we are looking for an ambitious PPC Specialist for our Amazon team.

We are looking for you who already have a handle on bidding strategies, ROAS, and data analysis, and who are now ready to apply your deep Amazon expertise to elevate our clients’ results.

You will master the whole board: From data-driven advertising and continuous optimization to strategic consulting together with the clients.

Growth Engine and Strategic Partner

As a PPC Specialist, you will be the primary driving force for your clients’ paid success on Amazon.

You will work deep in the engine room with campaign optimization, while at the same time we get up in the helicopter and lay out the strategy together with the client.

You will become part of a highly experienced and passionate team where no one sits alone with the challenges.

Because you will be managing your own clients, it is an absolute requirement that you bring strong, hands-on experience with Amazon Ads.

We believe that the best strategies are created through shared knowledge – therefore we spar closely, both internally and with the clients.

Your Specific Tasks

Your everyday life will be a dynamic mix of analysis, execution, and dialogue, divided into three main areas:

1. Advertising & Performance (Your primary focus)
You use your solid PPC knowledge to prepare and execute winning strategies for advertising on Amazon. You analyze performance data to find new growth potentials, and you continuously optimize campaigns to ensure the best possible return for the client. Your experience with keyword bidding, campaign structures, and A/B split testing will be of great benefit to you here.

2. Visibility & Optimization
For the advertising to succeed as well as possible, the foundation must be in order. You ensure that the clients’ products are found and bought. This involves keyword research, optimization of ad copy and image material, as well as the creation and maintenance of the product catalog so that it is razor-sharp and converts.

3. Consulting & Progress
You advise the client as if it were your own business. We only do what makes sense. Period. Your tasks include:

  • Internal client meetings, workshops, and ongoing dialogue and reporting to the Marketplace Manager.

  • Managing your clients’ accounts and troubleshooting if challenges arise.

  • Being the proactive partner who sees the opportunity before the client does.

  • You are a sharp PPC craftsman:
    You have strong, hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, and you understand the mechanisms behind paid visibility on the Amazon platform.

  • You work highly independently:
    It is a requirement that you are capable of structuring your own day and executing your tasks 95% independently, taking full ownership of your accounts. It’s always allowed to discuss and task for feedback from your colleagues, but you should me able to drive client results independently.
  • You are analytical and curious: You love diving into the numbers to find answers, and you take ownership of your campaigns.

  • You are a “People Person”: Even though you work in front of a screen, you love working with people. You are passionate about giving the client (and the colleague) the best possible experience.

  • You take responsibility: If you see a problem or an opportunity to scale a budget sensibly, you act on it.
