WeMarket does not sell Amazon Information.
WeMarket does not provide third parties with access to Amazon datasets.
WeMarket does not aggregate seller data across clients for resale, benchmarking, or third-party use.
Amazon Information may be stored in internal systems used by WeMarket to provide the service, including reporting, automation, support, and integration systems. Operational logs may be kept where necessary for troubleshooting, service reliability, security, or audit purposes.
WeMarket applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Amazon Information, including:
Amazon Information is used to provide services to the authorized seller.
WeMarket may share Amazon Information with necessary service providers or subcontractors only where required to provide hosting, infrastructure, development, support, reporting, automation, or maintenance services.
Such parties are not permitted to use Amazon Information for their own independent purposes.
WeMarket does not share Amazon Information with third parties for resale, benchmarking, advertising datasets, or unrelated third-party use.
Amazon Information is retained only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain reliable operations, comply with legal or contractual obligations, resolve issues, or meet security and audit requirements.
Retention periods may depend on the service agreement, operational needs, legal/accounting requirements, seller deletion requests, and security requirements.
Sellers may contact WeMarket to request deletion of Amazon Information associated with their service setup.
WeMarket will review and process deletion requests according to applicable legal, contractual, operational, and security requirements.
Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, audit, security, or contractual reasons.
Sellers can revoke application authorization through Amazon or by contacting WeMarket.
Revoking authorization may limit or stop WeMarket’s ability to provide the Amazon SP-API integration service.
